Why zoning matters more here than you'd think

Collierville is one of the fastest-growing communities in the metro, especially on the east side around Schilling Farms and the newer developments. When a community grows that quickly, the district periodically adjusts attendance boundaries and opens new schools to keep up. That means a home's assigned schools are set by its exact address and can change over time — the city name and even a listing's school field are not reliable substitutes.
